To systematically promote our values and responsibilities, we have defined clear Europe-wide CSR and Compliance guidelines. These unambiguous specifications apply, with no ifs and buts, for each individual employee of BELFOR. We put our faith in transparency and trust in our cooperation with you as a business partner.

Declaration of principles for human rights and environmental protection

We have summarised our standards and our commitment to respecting human rights and protecting the environment in a separate DECLARATION OF PRINCIPLES in accordance with the German Supply Chain Duty of Care Act (LkSG).

 

We also commit our suppliers to this behaviour in our Code of Conduct.

Compliance and Whistle-Blower Report

Reporting violations / complaints procedure

If, despite our high standards, an employee, supplier or subcontractor of BELFOR behaves dishonestly or unethically or even commits criminal offences, you can report this by name or anonymously via the external reporting office of BELFOR Europe GmbH.

As a whistleblower, you are protected in accordance with the requirements of the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG).
